Conduit Companion for iPhone
Support
The iPhone app pairs with Conduit on your Mac. An existing Concentrate account with billing enabled is required for real model usage.
Pair your iPhone
1. Open Conduit on your Mac
Open the Companion panel from the phone button beside Settings.
2. Scan the pairing code
In the iPhone app, scan the QR code shown on the Mac. You can paste the displayed pairing code instead.
3. Keep the Mac reachable
The Mac app owns the sessions and model connection. Conduit reconnects when the Mac becomes available again.
Troubleshooting
The phone keeps reconnecting
Confirm Conduit is open on the paired Mac and both devices can reach each other over the local network or your configured private network. If the Mac changed networks, create a fresh pairing code.
Notifications do not appear
Enable Conduit notifications in iPhone Settings. Local alerts depend on an active connection to the Mac and do not use a remote push service.
Start over
Open the Conduit menu in the iPhone app, choose Unpair, then scan a new code from the Mac.
Contact support
Email support@concentrate.ai. Include the iOS version, Conduit Mac version, and the connection state shown in the app. Do not send pairing codes, device credentials, API keys, or private source code.
